Job Description
The Team Member delivers the Brand Standards and food safety promise through execution of operational standards during assigned shifts. Responsible for keeping the station clean, organized, and ready while on duty.
1. Operations Execution:
- Executes accurate preparation and prompt Guest service delivery.
- Executes food preparation adhering to quality standards.
- Demonstrates patience and positive attitude towards Guests.
2. Brand Standards and Food Safety:
- Maintains a professional and friendly attitude towards Guests and team members.
- Demonstrates flexibility to meet team needs for brand standards.
- Shows care and sincerity during Guest interactions.
3. Restaurant Compliance:
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Reports violations promptly to management.
- Ensures a safe environment for Guests and team members.
- Demonstrates reliability in maintaining compliance.
