Job Description
The Team Member delivers the Brand Standards and food safety promise through execution of operational standards during assigned shifts. Responsible for keeping the assigned station clean, organized, and ready during duty.
Operations Execution:
- Executes accurate preparation and prompt Guest service delivery within speed guidelines.
- Executes shift plans accurately and efficiently.
- Delivers products within the standard speed of service.
- Demonstrates patience and positivity in tasks and Guest interactions.
Delivers Brand Standards and Food Safety Promise:
- Maintains a positive, courteous, and friendly attitude with Guests and team.
- Demonstrates flexibility to meet Brand Standards and Food Safety Promise.
- Shows caring attitude during Guest recovery and follows the Making it Right process.
Restaurant Compliance:
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Reports safety violations promptly.
- Adheres to Health and Safety protocols for Guest and team safety.
- Maintains compliance with company policies and regulations.
