Job Description
Degree: Preferably in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
Recruitment: 1-3 years of hiring and interviewing experience.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the recruiting industry is beneficial.
Communication: Strong verbal and written skills required.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships with candidates and managers.
Analytical Skills: Assess candidates’ qualifications and fit.
Time Management: Efficiently handle multiple tasks.
Attention to Detail: Accurate documentation and compliance.
Negotiation: Manage salary and offer discussions.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ATS and HR software.
Empathy: Understand and address candidates’ needs.
