Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Teammate (Mandarin) Multilingual. In this position, you will be responsible for communicating and providing support to our Mandarin-speaking clients.
The ideal candidate should be fluent in Mandarin and have a good command of English. Additionally, proficiency in other languages will be considered a plus. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be the point of contact for our Mandarin-speaking clients.
As a Teammate (Mandarin) Multilingual, you will be responsible for liaising with clients, understanding their needs, and offering solutions to ensure their satisfaction. You will also be involved in maintaining accurate records, updating client information, and collaborating with other team members to deliver outstanding service.
