Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Tech Customer Spt Coordinator I. As a Tech Customer Spt Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers and resolving their issues promptly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing technical assistance via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to our products and services
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team for further analysis and resolution
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records of support incidents
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
Requirements:
