Job Description
The Tech Lead position is a critical role within our organization, responsible for leading a team of talented engineers in the development and delivery of high-quality software products. As a Tech Lead, you will provide technical guidance and leadership, ensuring that our team follows best practices and delivers projects on time. Your main responsibilities will include conducting code reviews, identifying and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless integration of various components. You will also be responsible for mentoring and coaching junior team members, helping them grow and develop their skills.
