Job Description
Are you passionate about technology and providing excellent customer service? We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Tech Support (HP) | CSR/TSR.
This position requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively troubleshoot technical issues related to HP products. As a Tech Support (HP) | CSR/TSR, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing technical support to customers via email and phone
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Assisting customers with product set-up and installation
- Logging and tracking customer interactions in our CRM system
