Description:
Join our team as an Inbound Sales Educator, focusing on educating potential customers about our ISP services. This role involves handling inbound inquiries via phone, email, or live chat, with no cold calling required.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries regarding our ISP services.
- Educate customers on available plans, features, and pricing.
- Guide customers through the signup process and address questions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system.
- May include billing.
Requirements:
- Sales or customer service experience, preferably in telecom or ISP.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software.

Pay: From Php346.20 per hour
