Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Tech Support Phone Agent – Level 1. As a Level 1 Tech Support Phone Agent, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers over the phone.
Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving technical issues
- Providing troubleshooting assistance for software and hardware problems
- Documenting customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or senior technicians
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer support or technical support roles
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
