Job Description
As a Tech Support Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with technical issues they may encounter. Your main duty will be to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Understanding customer issues and providing accurate technical assistance
- Troubleshooting hardware and software problems
- Assisting customers with installation and setup
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of computer systems and software
- Prior experience in customer support or technical role preferred
