Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 year of Call Center experience in BPO (Tech Support Rep)
- At least 2 years in College or Senior High School graduate
- Must be willing to work onsite
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering inquiries and complaints via phone or e-mail
- Assisting customers with questions
- Handling complaints patiently
- Providing the best solution based on customer details
- Providing excellent 24/7 customer service
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to Php25,00.00 per month
