Job Description
As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the relationship between our company and its clients, ensuring that their technical needs are met. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing support, guidance, and troubleshooting for technical issues they may face.
In this role, you will work closely with both the sales and technical teams to understand the client’s business objectives and develop solutions that align with their needs. You will also be responsible for project management, ensuring that implementations are successful and deadlines are met.
