Job Description
Red Oak Properties Inc. is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Administration Associate to enhance our technical team. In this role, you will support our real estate housing projects by managing documentation, assisting with various tasks, and facilitating effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for technical inquiries
- Maintain accurate project documentation
- Assist with the homeowner move-in process
- Coordinate material requisition and manage inventory
- Support the accounting team with necessary documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
