Job Description
EDUCATION: At least college level; Computer know-how preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Collect documents, distribute, and submit to designated departments.
- Monitor attendance of Heads and Managers under HQ-Manufacturing.
- Update Organizational Chart and Job Descriptions.
- Create Purchase Requisitions and summarize items for approval.
- Encode documents and memos for departments.
- Ensure updates of Action Tracker and filing of timekeeping documents.
- Monitor Disciplinary Actions and Performance Evaluations.
- Prepare forms and reports as required.
- Willing to be based in Calamba Laguna.
