Job Description
Location: Ayala Madrigal Alabang
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage executive meeting schedules.
- Update and monitor reports.
- Prepare and submit project billings.
- Create and submit response and critical letters.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a secretary or executive assistant.
- College degree in engineering.
- Diligent in scheduling and monitoring tasks.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Additional Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
