Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with software applications for testing and troubleshooting.
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in planning, designing, developing, and implementing IT solutions.
