Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Technical Consultant to join our Human Capital Management (HCM) team. As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing HCM solutions for our clients, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
Key responsibilities include: analyzing client requirements, designing technical solutions, conducting system configurations, providing training to end-users, and offering ongoing support and maintenance.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HCM systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
