Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Customer Success Specialist to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction, smooth onboarding, and strong product adoption. You will troubleshoot technical issues, guide customers through API and integration workflows, deliver product training, and work closely with engineering to identify and resolve bugs. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in SaaS support or customer success, solid technical aptitude (APIs, SQL, diagnostics), excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Lead onboarding and integration projects

- Monitor customer health metrics and drive renewal and expansion
