Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Technical/Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance and customer support to our clients.
Your primary tasks will include answering customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. You will also contribute to improving our products and services based on customer feedback.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong technical background, and a passion for customer service. Previous experience in technical support or customer service is preferred but not required as training will be provided.
