Job Description

As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional technical assistance to our valued customers. Your main responsibility will be to resolve customer issues related to our products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt, professional, and friendly customer support via various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and offer solutions to customers, guiding them through step-by-step processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to diagnose and escalate complex issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved cases.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven experience in technical support or customer service roles.
  • Sound understanding of computer systems, software, and networks.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
