JOB DESCRIPTION
- Quote for solutions as per customer requirement based on advice from Business Development Managers
- Assist other BDM and Technical Estimators in the management of customer accounts
- Process Sales Orders
- Provide drawings and documentation to customers
- Ensuring job files are complete before being transferred to the production planner
- Returns all inquiries within the same workday
- Respond to quote requests
- Strictly adhere to the company’s pricing policy and sell in accordance with the company’s selling strategies
- Follow-up quotations
- Maintain knowledge of competitors’ products
- Maintain and build the ZOHO customer database
- Provides sales reports as required
Qualifications and Experience:
- Electronic Engineering
- Some exposure to AutoCAD
- Sales experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

- Relevant formal education
- Work experience in the related industry is a plus
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly
