Job Description
As a Technical Field Support (Outsource) you will be responsible for providing hands-on technical support to clients in the field. Your main duties will include troubleshooting technical issues, installing and maintaining hardware/software, and ensuring systems are up and running smoothly.
You will work closely with the in-house technical team to escalate complex issues and provide on-site support as needed. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential for success in this role. Previous experience in a similar technical support position is preferred.
