Job Description
- Graduate of BS Civil Engineering from a reputable university/college; Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer.
- Good scholastic records; preferably with at least 15 years of work experience in managing a construction team in real estate.
- Must have managerial experience.
- Strong analytical, creative, and communication skills; proficient in MS Office and Autocad.
- Has driving skills and driver’s license.
- Can work independently and is trustworthy.
