Job Description
A Technical Helpdesk Analyst is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers, either via phone, email, or chat. They troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software, hardware, and network problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing timely technical assistance
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
- Guiding customers through problem-solving processes
- Documenting and maintaining records of customer interactions and solutions
- Collaborating with other IT teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a technical support role
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
