Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the status and completion of project units, from construction start to defect liability period/warranty completion
- Collaborate with the Project Enterprise Team (PET) on design issues and learnings gathered from projects
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or BS Architecture
- At least 7-10 years of experience handling residential projects from pre-turnover to warranty completion
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
