Job Description
1. To be knowledgeable of the company’s products and applications.
2. To assist training and seminar to all Sales Representative in accordance with QP4.18 Training.
3. To coordinate, organize and conduct customer product on-site seminar in accordance with QP3.11 and to ensure proper compliance of the seminar request form, seminar report and all seminar objectives are met.
4. To be updated on new products, new materials and new technology insofar as the products manufactured/sold by the company.
5. To be updated on new market opportunities like new plants and plant extensions and coordinate with Sales Manager in accordance with QI3.09.
6. To provide after-sales technical support to customers.
7. To act as the lead facilitator on all contracting jobs and ensure that all jobs are done and completed under compliance with customer specifications and API high-quality standards of no rejections, no back jobs, and safety.
8. To conduct equipment survey at the customer’s plant, as needed, prior to product recommendation.
9. Perform the job of AVP-Sales in his absence and other tasks that may be assigned by his Superior.
10. To ensure the compliance of QI3.09, QI3.11, and QI3.12.
11. To comply with all company quality procedures, policies, and regulations.
12. To handle any other job that may be assigned by the AVP-Sales from time to time.
