Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Onboarding Advisor to join our team. As a Technical Onboarding Advisor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to new clients during the onboarding process.
Your primary duties will include conducting onboarding sessions, configuring software systems, and troubleshooting technical issues. You will work closely with clients to ensure a smooth transition onto our platform and provide ongoing technical support as needed.
The ideal candidate should have a background in technical support, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. Previous experience in customer service and onboarding processes is a plus.
