Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Manager with expertise in Chemical Testing. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical operations within our testing laboratory to ensure quality and accurate results.
Your main responsibilities will include managing a team of chemists and technicians, developing and implementing testing protocols, maintaining equipment and supplies, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
As the Technical Operations Manager, you will also be involved in client communication and project management, ensuring timely delivery of testing results and addressing any technical inquiries or concerns.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in chemical testing methodologies and techniques, as well as experience in managing and leading a team. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
