Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and capable candidate with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the Healthcare Devices industry to join our team in the Davao Area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development and sales in the Northern Luzon region.
As an individual performer, you will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining relationships with clients. You will also be responsible for building a strong sales funnel and driving sales in the assigned region. Additionally, you will need to develop and manage a channel network for our SaaS-based services.

Responsibilities:
- Accountable for achieving sales targets and driving growth
- Build a strong sales funnel for new business opportunities
- Capable of driving sales and closing orders
- Monitor and report monthly sales performance
- Appoint, coach, and manage channel partners
- Assist in developing the annual sales and marketing plans
