Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
- Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams.
- Clearly communicate roles, responsibilities, and expectations to team members.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate project goals, timelines, and deliverables to team members.
- Oversee the execution of project tasks and deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones.
Qualifications:
* 3-5 years experience as a Project Manager
* Must have hands-on coding experience ideally in both front end and back end, databases technologies
* Experience in Web app/Mobile app implementation
* Good client relationship management
* Familiarity or knowledge in Web3 Development
* Experience in Agile Methodology
* Strong communicator in both Filipino and English (oral and written communication skills)
