Job Schedule: Night Shift
Job Location: Hybrid (4x a week onsite) – McKinley West, Taguig
Job Description: Seeking an experienced Offshore Technical Recruiter to join AMTEC GLOBAL SOLUTIONS INC. If you specialize in US recruitment, this role involves sourcing, interviewing, coordinating schedules, and extending job offers for technical roles in the US. Collaborate closely with hiring managers for a seamless recruitment process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop job descriptions with hiring managers
- Source and attract qualified candidates
- Conduct screenings and schedule interviews
- Manage candidate experience and onboarding
- Maintain a candidate database
Requirements:
- Min. 3 years as a Technical Recruiter
- Offshore recruitment experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Night shift work in a hybrid setup required
