Job Description
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Account management, understanding client’s financial objectives and hiring needs.
- Researching client’s industries to find the perfect fit candidate.
- Coordinating with hiring managers for manpower needs.
- Industry/Market analysis to identify top talent.
- Recruitment planning, costing, and strategies.
- Utilizing job portals, databases, and management tools.
- Preparing contracts, negotiating salaries, and sourcing candidates.
- Maintaining connections with past candidates for future needs.
- Providing management reports and supporting business development.
Qualifications:
- Preferably Engineer graduates with 3+ years’ overseas recruitment experience.
- Bachelor’s degree holder with 3+ years’ overseas recruitment experience and a background in assessing engineers.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php28,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
