Job Description

Location: Makati City, Philippines
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM (PHT)
Work Setup: Initial onsite for 1 month, transitioning to a hybrid model (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH)
Job Description:
- Identify, pre-screen, and interview candidates for both IT and non-IT positions.
- Post job advertisements and recommend qualified applicants.
- Facilitate New Employee Orientation and administer assessments.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience with HRIS/VMS systems and strong communication skills.
