Job Description
- Update recruitment tracker or any related tools for documentation and updates
- Perform sourcing of IT in different job channels (different job boards, social media, etc.)
- Conduct thorough HR interview via phone, in-person or other channel (google hangout meet, skype, etc.)
- Document assessment form with regards to the result of HR interview
- Schedule and coordinate with different hiring managers and to any stakeholders for candidate interview.
- Inform the candidate regarding the result of the interview process (passed or failed) via phone, email or any communication tools
- Create job offer analysis for successful candidates to be presented to the management
- Create job offer letter and present to successful candidate chosen
- Give instruction to the successful candidate for the pre-employment requirements
- Coordinate with the superior for the 201 filing for documentation
- Assist candidates for any recruitment concerns in a timely manner.
- Participation in any recruitment projects or activities
- Maintain or exceed agreed KPI/KRA
- Strictly follow guidelines and SLA of Recruitment
- Perform other related tasks in HR if needed
