Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates for various technical positions within our organization. This position requires excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify the required skills and qualifications for each position
- Utilize various recruitment channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Provide regular updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Negotiate job offers and coordinate the onboarding process
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably within the US RPO industry
- Strong knowledge of technical skills and terminology, particularly in software development and IT
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
