Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

I. Primary Responsibilities:

1. Identifying and establishing new business.
2. Organizing sales visits.
3. Giving demonstrations, training, and presentations to help clients discover and understand products/services.
4. Liaising with existing clients.
5. Preparing tenders, proposals, and quotations.
6. Providing pre-sales and post-sales support.
7. Negotiating contracts, terms and conditions.
8. Reviewing cost and sales performance.
9. Writing reports and sales literature.
10. Supporting other members of the sales team by training them in the uses of products/services.
11. Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
12. Ensuring that sales targets are met.

II. General Responsibilities:

1. Performs cross-functional duties that may be assigned by an immediate superior in the attainment of the department/section objectives.
2. Monitor and perform good housekeeping practices in the workplace.
3. Adheres to company rules and regulations, QEHS Policy, and standard operating procedures.
4. Preparation of reports and maintaining records to and in compliance with requirements, procedures, and guidelines.
5. Implements Quality Management System quality procedures and work instruction and other provisions of the Quality Manual.

II. Process Involvement:
