Job Description
1. Assist WWT Sales with technical support for clients or leads in regards to WWT equipment and processes.
2. Perform product demonstrations to potential clients in coordination with Sales Team, including the ability to clearly articulate highly technical concepts.
3. Support existing clients with technical issues in coordination with Sales Team.
4. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues and malfunctions through systematic problem-solving techniques. Discuss equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.
5. Supervise and coordinate with in-house or contractual installation team for projects.
6. Install and configure WWT equipment for clients with the assistance of an installation team and Sales Team.
7. Evaluate new local and foreign equipment and spare parts suppliers for DI and WWT equipment.
8. Evaluate new and foreign contractors of DI water systems, water processing systems, and wastewater treatment systems.
9. Discuss technical aspects of the equipment proposals with customers and suppliers/contractors.
10. Discuss technical aspects of the project proposals with customers and suppliers/contractors.
