Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Technical Service Department (TSD) Manager. As the TSD Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical service operations of our company. You will lead a team of skilled technicians and support staff, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of technical services to our clients.
Your main duties will include developing and implementing service strategies, managing service contracts and agreements, monitoring service quality and customer satisfaction, and resolving any escalated technical issues. You will also be responsible for ensuring the availability of necessary resources and equipment, conducting regular performance evaluations, and identifying opportunities for service improvement and growth.
To excel in this role, you should have extensive experience in the technical service industry and a proven track record in managing service operations.
