Job Description
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair building electrical components.
- Repairing and maintaining building components (Walls, Floors, Ceiling, Roofing, Plumbing and Electrical Fixtures, etc.)
- Assemble, install, maintain and repair electromechanical equipment and components.
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and components.
- Provide technical support in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electromechanical systems.
- Starts up devices to test their performance.
- Keeps all tools and equipment in good condition.
- Prepares and maintains records on all maintenance activities.
- Support personnel for Typhoon and Flood Preparation.
- Implementation of 5s and orderliness of equipment and area.
- Follow and implement Company Safety and Quality policy.
- Participate in continuous training opportunities.
- Provide technical and maintenance support in CMP, MPP, Storeroom and CUB when needed.
