Job Description
One-day hiring process Earn up to 27k monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents as prior in our Metro sites.
Position Overview:
This role involves effective communication, problem-solving, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers and resolve technical issues
- Communicate technical information to customers clearly
- Escalate technical issues to internal technical teams for resolution
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems with customers and internal technical teams
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions and provide reports to management.
