Job Description

Department: Technical
Reports To: Head of Technical Dept.
Purpose and Scope
- Support the entire operations of the department
- Conforms to company rules and regulations of Commodity Quest Inc.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for document requirements submission in the client’s portal
- Prepare product samples and documents for sales account personnel
- Handle sample preparation and submission for 3rd party testing
- Prepare and submit samples to clients and suppliers through courier
- Maintain proper documentation incl. product specifications
- Manage the document portal in Commodity Quest Inventory system
- Act as Document Controller
- Perform administrative functions related to product application
- Other assigned duties
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or equivalent
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Independent worker with attention to detail
- Team player, adaptable, and trustworthy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php20,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
