Job Description
We are currently seeking a vibrant Technical Services Associate fluent in Hindi and Kannada for a Fixed Term Employment position. As a Technical Services Associate, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our Hindi and Kannada-speaking customers. Your primary duties will include troubleshooting technical issues, guiding customers through problem-solving steps, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
To excel in this role, you should have strong communication skills in both Hindi and Kannada, a solid technical background, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
