Job Description
The Opportunity:
Join PM Consulting as a Technical Solutions Support Administrator. This role involves supporting our Delivery Operations function, interacting with various stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Facilitating daily triage calls.
- Maintaining presales documentation.
- Managing inquiries via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams.
- Coordinating with departments for effective support.
Desirable Requirements:
- Strong people skills and communication proficiency.
- Attention to detail and reliability.
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php50,00/month
