Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sourcing Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Sourcing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent in the field of technology.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
- Conducting thorough research to identify potential candidates through various channels, such as LinkedIn and professional networks.
- Utilizing Boolean searches and other advanced sourcing techniques to find qualified candidates.
- Engaging with passive candidates and building relationships to encourage their interest in our organization.
- Screening and evaluating candidate resumes and conducting initial phone interviews.
- Maintaining candidate data and providing regular updates to the hiring team.
To be successful in this role, you should have a deep understanding of the technology industry, excellent communication and networking skills, and the ability to effectively evaluate candidates’ technical skills.
