Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintenance and repair of equipment and machines.
- Install and service machines with a focus on customer service.
- Assess equipment and make necessary repairs or recommendations.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Ensure accurate stock reconciliation.
- Monitor equipment utilization and breakdown for evaluation.
- Complete work safely and efficiently.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Perform other required duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Vocational course plus technical certificate in electrical or aircon.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Experience with air-conditioning, refrigeration, and other electrical equipment.
- Basic electrical knowledge.
