Job Description
- Coordinate with clients for hardware/software problem resolution and upgrades.
- Provide technical support for Windows desktop OS and network connectivity.
- Perform software installations, driver configurations, and virus scanning.
- Conduct basic hardware diagnostics, file restorations, and part replacements.
- Coordinate warranty claims, maintenance activities, and documentation reporting.
- IMAC scope of work and daily activity checklist consolidation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Hardware troubleshooting experience.
- Installation of Microsoft OS and Office Applications proficiency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to support multiple sites in Metro Manila.
Job Type: Fixed term, Contract length: 12 months
