Job Description
The Technical Supervisor is responsible for planning, directing, or coordinating the technical side of the department.
Qualifications:
- College graduate (BA or BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, Transportation or other relevant degree)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High degree of initiative, versatility, and innovation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the following areas: Facilities Management, Workplace Housekeeping Management, Office Security Management, Transportation Support Management/Fleet Management, and Health and Safety Management.
- Maintain continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Develop systems, programs, and plans to meet company requirements for general services.
- Analyze internal processes and recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations, such as supply changes or the disposal of records.
- Manage the efficient transportation services in support of the requirements of various departments.
- Supervise the provision of logistical support to company programs, projects, and events designed to meet management objectives.
