Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree in Civil Engineering or any equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical concepts
- Flexibility to work extended hours as needed
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Safety focus and attention to detail
- With at least 5 years working experience in materials testing or construction
- Current industry certifications for materials testing are a plus
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Check and certify laboratory test results
- Supervise Laboratory Technician
- Oversight and implementation of department growth and business development strategies
- Handle department-level hiring, terminations, performance reviews, and professional development plans
- Follow safety rules and practices for all projects. Report safety issues to management
- Maintain quality standards on all projects
- Assist with training and mentoring junior staff
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
