Job Description
One-day hiring process. Earn up to 25k monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents at our Metro sites.
Position Overview:
The Technical Support Representative provides exceptional customer service and technical assistance via phone, email, and chat.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries for technical assistance through calls, emails, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Inform customers about product features and limitations accurately.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team efficiency.
- Adhere to company policies for industry standards compliance.
