Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Technical Support Agent Level 1 to join our team. As a Technical Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing first-level technical assistance to our customers.
Your main duties will include troubleshooting technical issues, answering queries, and escalating more complex problems to the appropriate teams. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
Basic knowledge of software and hardware issues, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, are crucial. Training will be provided to support your development in this role.
